After the fans and editors loved the sibling style the Mosquito Summer, we decided to play with the shape and make this rectangle a bit more accessible and geared for the adventure of everyday style. The raised section of color around the eye rim is a node to the precision and technique applied to OGI acetates.

The intensity of Minnesota’s mosquito season means getting bitten once might mean getting bitten 10 times, lovely gifts from the state bird. Out of the 51 mosquito species in the state about half bite humans and animals. For some people, bites can cause a large area of swelling, redness and soreness which is called Skeeter Syndrome. Those with this syndrome hold a special place of loathing in their hearts for this particular insect.
