OPTICAL EXPERIENCE
I’ve been in the optical world for 10 years, originally working as an optician. I’ve always loved independent eyewear—and having solid lab and dispensing knowledge has been the cherry on top.
WHY DO YOU LOVE WHAT YOU DO?
I genuinely love connecting with people and having real conversations. Making new friends and exploring new places is always a bonus.
what are your interests and hobbies?
I hang out with my road buddy Jed (a.k.a. my adventure pup), Bentley the pug, and my cat Mabel. I’m all about hitting the slopes in winter and floating down the Bow River when the sun’s out. I also love enjoying Western Canada’s epic backyard—especially when it ends on a patio with a craft beer in hand.
would you prefer being invisible or rolled in glitter?
Rolled in glitter. Obviously. Life’s more fun when you sparkle a little.

Would you rather be stranded on a desert island or dropped in the middle of times square?
Desert island all day. Give me sun, sand, and a good playlist and I’m set.
What book did you last read?
Braiding Sweetgrass - must read! The Midnight Library - hits you right in the feels.
Favorite scent?
Fresh coffee brewing in the morning. Bonus points if there’s a baked good nearby.
