COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
OGI Eyewear values your support and would like to share the precautions we're taking to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
Our shipping team is strictly adhering to the following practices:
Practicing social distancing
Using only assigned equipment. Any shared equipment is being sanitized regularly
All team members on site have received enhanced training of guidance from the CDC on maintaining hygiene standards
Every team member is checked for a fever at the beginning of each shift
Our Shipping crew is wearing masks in the effort to minimize aerosol dispersion

We offer the following shipping options:
- 2-day shipping with every United States order.
- Overnight (Orders placed by noon CST will be received on the next business day).
- FedEx is our preferred shipping partner. Other options available upon request.
- Tracking information is supplied on all orders for accounts with a valid email address on file.
*We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

EXCHANGE-MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATIONS (EMA)
We are proud to offer a two year limited-manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise from the practice’s original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or wear and tear.
For a warranty exchange, please contact one of our Customer Relations Associates at 888-560-1060. Be sure to let them know this is for a warranty exchange. They will issue you an EMA number as well as ordering a new frame for you. Then follow the below process.
Need a non-warranty exchange? Please contact your designated Account Executive for approval and your EMA number. Then follow the below process.
Clearly label the outside of your package with the EMA number. Please note: We will only accept exchanges that display the Exchange Merchandise Authorization number (EMA) notated on the outside of the box.
Notate the EMA number on all paperwork within the returned package.
Return the frames in resaleable condition if they are for an inventory exchange. Please remove all markings on the demo lenses and any stickers from the frame and lenses. Cases are not required, but you can return them if you wish. Please do not include any additional frames as you will not receive credit for them.
Return the package within 30 days of the issue date.
Upon receipt of your package at the OGI Eyewear home office, the frames will be assessed for condition, including determining a defect by our expertly trained team.
For non-warranty exchanges: After receiving your frame, our returns team assesses the frame for “like new” condition. It is important that the frame arrives to us without SKU tags, stickers or markings on the demo lenses and in good condition.
For warranty exchanges, our experts assess the frame for defect vs. damage. Defects would be considered for breakage at solder points, breakage at fusion points, defective screw heads, etc. This list is not all-inclusive Damaged frames would include(but are not limited to) frames broken by adjustment, frames that have been chewed on, frames that have obvious signs of wear and tear, etc.
We can only credit merchandise purchased and shipped from OGI, LLC in Minneapolis. Discontinued merchandise purchased within one year will be credited at the discounted price unless original invoice is enclosed. Merchandise returned which is not in “resaleable” condition will not be credited in full. (This does not apply to defective exchanges.) Only frames listed on the original EMA form will be credited. All others will be returned at the account’s expense. Merchandise received for credit which has been purchased over 24 months ago cannot be credited. Return credits may be applied to open balances, but cannot be used to obtain a refund.
Credits for exchanged products are typically processed within 24 business hours of receipt at OGI Eyewear home office.
