Although I miss seeing you in person, as your now-remote Inside Sales Representative I’m still committed to providing you with safe, efficient, professional service. You are a valued account. That’s why I wanted to reach out to let you know about the many services I can offer, and the advantages of working remotely together. 1. A greater range of services. I’ll set up regular check-ins with you and can assist with orders, exchanges and questions. Think of me as a Sales Rep and a Customer Service Rep all in one. 2. Increased responsiveness. If we miss each other one day, I’ll get back to you the next. No need to wait until I’m in your city, either; I can meet any time. 3. More flexibility and less disruption. I respect your time and day-to-day work. That’s why I only need 30 minutes with you for a check-in. Working virtually, I can be flexible if anything comes up in your schedule. 4. Access to technology. I have real-time, instant access to our HQ system, and that means you will, too! 5. Omnipresence. Multiple locations? Not a problem! I can visit all your stores within a single day. 6. Keeping it green. Sustainability is a hot topic across every industry, including ours. Now I can provide more—more services, more flexibility, more efficiency—with less impact to our environment. Long story short: Anything a rep can do for you, I can accomplish remotely, whether it’s taking inventory, making recommendations, or evaluating your product needs based on your sales performance.
