How do I check my Dealer Level?
Navigate to the OGI Eyewear Buyer’s Portal, sign in, and you’ll find your Dealer Level in the right-side menu. -
How can I grow my Dealer Level status?
Dealer Level status is based on the points you earn throughout the year through purchases and additional promotions. You can advance during the year as you meet point thresholds. Status is updated annually at the beginning of the calendar year based on the total points from the previous year. -
After leveling up, when do I get my new benefits?
New benefits are active starting with the next order after you’ve crossed the threshold for a new Dealer Level. -
How do I determine the starting Dealer Level for a new account?
New accounts begin at a Dealer Level based on initial purchases and net points earned during the year. Levels are updated annually based on the prior year’s performance.

When is my shipping free?
Free shipping eligibility depends on your Dealer Level and Customer Group. Detailed information is available in the OGI Eyewear Buyer’s Portal. For questions, contact your Sales Representative or the Customer Relations team. -

Yes, as long as your order meets the free shipping threshold for your Dealer Level and Customer Group.
