MINNEAPOLIS, MN (December 4, 2024) – As eyewear customers are looking for energetic colors and bold shapes, OGI Eyewear’s Spring 2025 collections bring impact and individuality together in an unbeatable combination.

Optical style is evolving: neutrals are fading out, in favor of cherry reds, electric blues, and other vibrant hues. At the same time, frames continue to go bigger and bolder with their shapes. All of these statement-making design elements can overwhelm the person wearing the styles. But not when David Duralde, OGI Eyewear’s Chief Creative Officer, is designing.

“I never want the eyewear to become one-dimensional,” says Duralde. "My thought is always ‘how can I play with these trends in a nuanced way that celebrates the individual without shouting over them?”

Each collection incorporates bold colors in grounded palettes. Seraphin celebrates modern refinement by bringing these bright shades into more earthy, romantic spaces. Each understated style is set off with elegant and functional finishes. Custom hinges and hand-brushed metal accents celebrate craftsmanship in all metal styles like Orléans. The finely wrought metal is highlighted in Seraphin’s take on transparency with exposed temple cores featuring precision-designed metal wires in styles like Poe that bring polished acetates to new heights.

The OGI collection has always been a trailblazer when it comes to color, and that is not changing any time soon. This season, statement hues are approached with an architectural eye, grounded in more understated tones in beveled looks like North Star. As shapes get bigger and bigger, OGI is playing with scaling up the size of the frame in styles like Minnehaha Mist and Hurkle Durkle.

Capsule collections Shimmer and Red Rose are keeping pace with their own imprints. Shimmer is bringing luxurious crystals to accessible, wearable frames, adding texture along the temples and to the eye rims, accentuating the flattering shapes.

Red Rose by OGI is on fire, using hints of bright color to highlight the sculptural silhouettes suitable for a modern sensibility.
